Sorry, currently there isn't information available about the next episode of Nip/Tuck. However, our last information about it is:
22 episodes had been ordered for season 5, but only 14 have been shot before the WGA strike began. So 5x14 is the season 5 finale.More info at Nip/Tuck Homepage (FX) Season 6 is confirmed and will probably start January 2009.
