I think women are at their most beautiful when they are enjoying "la petite mort", so clothes are irrelevant - suits or otherwise.
Like you say though, men probably not so much.

The casual look is quite alluring when the femininity shows, but there is a fine line where casual becomes frumpy and is not attractive at all.

It appears to be just under six years old — June 2006 (three weeks after her 28th birthday).
Although the one I referenced is from the same campaign, it seems to be from Dec '06.
