Futurama once again says "Kiss my shiny metal ass" to it's canceled status, and is possible that it will re-surface for another (6th) season on Fox. Apparently they did well on DVD (which is weird, because I thought the movies kinda sucked compared to the episodes before). Check out what Billy West said that triggered those rumours.
It's Oscar night tonight. I have seen like 10% of the nominated movies, so I don't really know what is going on there, but there's one thing I can bet on - Wall-E is getting one! What are your predictions?
I'm gonna start posting some confused feebacks/tips I get from time to time. Here's one from yesterday:
Rick, Several months ago you produced a show on a Canadian Naval vessel on the West Coast. The first person you interviewed was Sean Cantelon. I am his uncle. His late father, my brother, John [Jack] Cantelon long ago produced shows on CBC Radio. I haven't heard from Sean since his mother Summer Cantelon [nee King] died in February, 2002. I have since written to him at his last known Halifax address, but when I didn't hear from him, I assumed he might have moved ... to the West Coast? I would really like to contact him re family matters. If there is any possible way someone on your staff could contact him and let him know how he could reach me ... I have moved too ... I should be forever grateful. Thank you. [Mr.] Carman Cantelon (address removed)
As I don't really have much to share in the news right now, how about a competition?
Who will be the first to find the show that Daemonius is trying to identify? As always, a great prize*, fame and glory await the winner! The link above is to a forum thread with details about the show we're looking for ... Thank you and good luck :)
* - no prizes left, you still get fame and glory tho
Update:alyxstarr - there's your glory - yea, take it, and here is your fame. Enjoy and thank you :)
