Well, instead of giving all/most to The Giving Pledge, the billionaire fan could just give Netflix the budget for another season! :D

The sad truth probably is that a show like Altered Carbon has a budget big enough to produce half a dozen cheap shows... which bring Netflix more new customers than another Altered Carbon season. :(

You're welcome. I've now watched it. While it had some interesting parts/ ideas, its focus on the Yakuza theme was too heavy for my taste. And the hotel AI was not as convincing as in the TV show.

I haven't watched https://next-episode.net/away yet but its IMDb ratings are not that hot... ;)
