"Call me if you die" is the story of two great childhood friends. JF works as a police officer at the SQ, and Mario is a lieutenant in the Italian mafia. Given their different allegiances, they have always hidden their fraternal relationship, seeing each other in secret. When JF is forced to investigate the mafia, the two former accomplices are faced with difficult choices: should they prioritize their professional duty or their unfailing friendship?
