DCI Alex Drake of the Metropolitan Police is caught in a horrific accident and wakes to find herself apparently thrown back in time to 1981. She soon recognizes DCI Gene Hunt and his team from detailed reports made by DCI Sam Tyler about his own trip to 1973.
S02 is the weakest from the three, but still great. :)

Anyway, the new job has been crazy the first couple of weeks, things should start settling now :)
: O.. No. Don't do it. Its really quite amazing. The story grips you and makes you want to watch more. I watched both seasons on one long 16 hour stint. It was brilliant ( and slighty sad of me )

Hey - so many posts - but noone voted for a forum - yet ;)
Well I wait some more days and decide then :)
@Arashi - it's quite the opposite of sci-fi. They are travelling back in time. Life on Mars was set in the 70's and A2A is now set in the 80's. It's like watching an old police series of those decades, but with a nicer storyline and really entertaining.

Personally so far I'm enjoying this side step continuation, so I hope it maintains this level of quality, or better yet, gets even better. I think there's some interesting directions that this is looking like it'll take, so I'm in for the long haul personally.
