Teletubbies
This is a British television series airing on BBC particularly aimed at babies and toddlers.
The Teletubbies are aliens with television screens in their tummies who live in Teletubbyland. In this series, there is Baby Sun in the sky who watches them. In the Tubbytronic Superdome, there is a vacuum cleaner called "Noo-Noo" that tidies up after the Teletubbies. They enjoy various activities and sometimes play around doing nothing. Their favorite foods are Tubby Toast, which is round and in the picture of a happy face, and Tubby Custard, which is pink and is slurped in a bowl through a strawlike tube. In each episode there is a video showing how children live all over the world, and the Teletubbies always want it repeated.
64 Zoo Lane
64 Zoo Lane is a charming animation series created by the award-winning director and creator An Vrombaut to captivate and inform young children. The series combines intelligent storytelling with a timeless, picture book quality, and features a whole range of diverse characters native to many parts of the world. Lucy lives at 64 Zoo Lane, right next door to the local zoo. Every night from her bedroom window, Lucy slides down Georgina the Giraffe's long neck to the Zoo below to meet the animals. Each animal, including Boris the Bear, Giggles and Tickles the two monkeys, Harriet the Hippo and Nelson the Elephant, have different tales to tell and each night they impatiently await their turn to tell her about their adventures.
Opportunities for exploring language and vocabulary are enhanced by the use of intonation.

Charlie and Lola

Charlie & Lola is fun series targeted at preschool audiences about a boy named Charlie and his sister, Lola. Featuring a unique "collage" animation style and catchy background themes, the show follows the pair as Charlie helps out his often rather independent-minded sister, Lola. Lola can be rather firm-minded when it comes to things like not wanting to go to bed, or doing things on her own, but Charlie doesn't mind too much - he knows how to come up with a creative solution to help Lola see a different point of view. Viewers can accompany the two as they travel to fantastic worlds using their amazing imaginations.
Charlie & Lola is based on a series of books by Lauren Child, who works on the show as an associate producer.
