The Busy World of Richard Scarry
The characters that inhabit Richard Scarry's "Busytown" books are successfully brought to television, in this clever cartoon adaptation, produced by CINAR FILMS in Canada. The series shows us the lives of the many residents of Busytown, but the focus is mainly the Cat family - Mother and Father Cat, and Huckle and Sally, the kids. Also living with the Cats is a worm named Lowly, who goes to school with Huckle. The assortment of other characters, including Sgt. Murphy (patient peacekeeper of the Busytown Police Dept.), Mr. Fixit (the trash-is-treasure town repairman), and Bananas Gorilla (a clumsy jobless gorilla, who would do anything for a banana) all keep the city humming with activity. The half-hour program is made up of three 7-minute stories per episode, with two short musical interstitials inbetween.

Super Sloppy Double Dare
Each round starts off with a toss-up physical challenge. Whoever wins gets $20 and control of the game. Host Marc Summers asks the winning team a question. If they don't know the answer or think the other team doesn't have a clue, they can dare them to answer it for double the dollars. But they have to be careful because they can double dare the first team back for 4 times the amount. Then, they either have to answer the question or take a physical challenge. In round 2, dollar values are doubled. The winner of the game moves on to the obstacle course, where they navigate through 8 obstacles and they win a prize for each obstacle. If they make it through all 8 obstacles, they win the grand prize.

3 Friends and Jerry
Three Friends and Jerry is a hilarious series about four ten-year-old boys who are trying really hard to grow up. Jerry is the new guy in town. He is very innovative in his attempts to be accepted by the local gang, "The Three Friends"; Frank, Thomas, and Eric. Jerry's dad is the new PE teacher at the big school. He crushes children' heads with medicine balls, at least that's what everyone has heard.
