Single-camera comedy directed by comedy powerhouse Judd Apatow and starring comedian Pete Holmes. Written by Holmes, the semi-autobiographical project centers on a sweet, wholesome comedian (Holmes) who, after his wife leaves him, has nowhere to stay but on the couches of New York's finest comics.

Garry's mom also makes occasional appearances and refers to him as Bubba. The final season saw Garry marry Phoebe, who has to get used to being in front of the cameras.
