When Dexter Douglas returned from his journey into the internet, he gained the ability to freak out and become Freakazoid, a being that is capable of performing many unique feats, though Dexter's sanity as Freakazoid isn't the same as his human counterpart. After several events that took place on the first day of his transformation, Dexter Douglas decided to use his Freakazoid counterpart in order to fight off the forces of evil, though he often disregards his duties if there's something better on television or if Officer Cosgrove has a fun place to hang out at.
