Two talented chefs go head-to-head for the chance to Beat Bobby Flay. To get to Bobby the chefs must first face off against each other, creating a spectacular dish with a secret ingredient of Bobby's choice. Judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Jeff Mauro know Bobby's strengths and his weaknesses. Their goal: Pick the chef who has the skills to take down Bobby Flay in his own arena. The winning chef gets to challenge Bobby with his or her surprise signature dish. If Bobby goes down, the winner can tell the world, "I beat Bobby Flay!"

The series features four of "Ink Master" Season 8's top female competitors - Ryan Ashley, Kelly Doty, Nikki Simpson and Gia Rose - as they travel the country and go head to head with some of America's most talented tattoo artists. Competitors will face a variety of tattoo-based challenges to see who has what it takes to beat the "Angels" and earn a spot on Season 10 of "Ink Master"

The competitors, all Julia Child superfans, share personal stories about their hero, cook in a kitchen recreated in the likeness of where Julia herself cooked, using the same ingredients Julia used and are even guided by Julia herself, through a larger-than-life television screen right in the middle of all the action. Head judgeAntonia Lofaso and a rotating panel of guest judges including Molly Baz, Cliff Crooks and Brooke Williamsonultimately decide who wins the life-changing grand prize that literally follows in Julia's footsteps: an all-expense paid three-month cooking course at Le Cordon Bleu. Working in conjunction with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts to ensure this series reflects Julia's incredible talent and heart, each episode features two rounds of competitive cooking: the first-round masters the basics and challenges the competitors to recreate one of Julia's signature dishes, with some guidance from Julia herself, as seen on a giant television screen in the middle of the action.  Round two is an ode to Julia, where competitors must take inspiration from Julia to create a unique dish reflecting their own culinary point of view. Round two dishes are served family-style, with competitors and judges sampling each dish and sharing stories about their food and personal connection to Julia. Based on performance, the judges name one winner and send one competitor home each week, until the last cook standing is awarded the ultimate grand prize.

Culinary icon Giada De Laurentiis kicks off the New Year with the competition series Winner Cake All. Each episode features four of the best cake-baking tandems from around the country, as Giada challenges them to create epic cakes for their clientele's unforgettable celebrations, ranging from a cake honoring a member of the armed services coming home to a cake for the ultimate family party featuring America's favorite quintuplets, the Busbys, from TLC's OutDaughtered. Through 13 episodes the teams are put to the test over two rounds of baking, with a rotating panel of guest judges helping the clients determine which team captures their dream look and taste to prevail with the $10,000 grand prize!

Eight of the country's finest young barbecuers are taking on the first-ever battle to find the best kid grill master. In the new series Kids BBQ Championship, premiering Monday, May 23rd at 8|7c, hosts Camila Alves and Eddie Jackson lead the young chefs through a series of red-hot challenges that will test the barbecue skills as well as their creativity on the grill. Only one young competitor will take home the grand prize of $20,000 and a feature in Food Network Magazine. With themed challenges ranging from a Hawaiian luau to a cowboy campfire, each episode will also features some of the biggest names in barbecue, such as Tim Love and Graham Elliot serving as guest judges.

Michael is joined by his culinary director and right-hand, Katie Pickens, as they challenge the best of the best in the culinary world, with Michael taking on that chef's signature dish and challenging them to a good old-fashioned Throwdown. The catch - Michael doesn't know who he is going up against and the chefs don't know Michael is coming. Through four episodes, Michael will cook alongside the opposition, bringing his competitive spirit and creativity to the dishes that he is challenged to make while a crowd of spectators watch on. Each Throwdown has three total points at stake, with a pair of special guest judges blind tasting the dishes along with the audience in attendance, to determine the winner and see who has the ultimate Throwdown bragging rights.

Eight junior chefs will put their exceptional cooking chops to the test as they compete for a $20,000 culinary scholarship and their own Web series on FoodNetwork.com. The pintsize competitors will be tested with on-camera challenges and high-pressure cooking obstacles as they attempt to impress host Rachael Ray. But they're not only gaining the approval of Rachael - they'll also be competing in front of an all-star guest judge each week, including Sunny Anderson, Robert Irvine and Alex Guarnaschelli.
