Beyond Westworld
Beyond Westworld was a short-lived 1980 television series that carried on the stories of the two feature films, Westworld and Futureworld. It featured Jim McMullan as Security Chief John Moore of the Delos Corporation. The story revolved around John Moore having to stop the evil scientist, Quaid, as he planned to use the robots in Delos to try to take over the world. Despite being nominated for two Emmys (Outstanding Achievement In Makeup, and Outstanding Art Direction For A Series), only five episodes were produced, and only three of them were aired before cancellation.
Swamp Thing: The Animated Series
This cartoon series was based on the Swamp Thing toyline by Kenner and was inspired by the Swamp Thing comic book and movies. The cartoon follows Swamp Thing's batle with Dr. Arcane and his mutant henchmen the Un-Men. The series only lasted five episodes and was produced by DIC.

AfterMASH
"After M*A*S*H" was a spinoff of M*A*S*H which depicted the lives of some of the characters after they returned from the Korean War. Sherman Potter, Father Mulcahy and Maxwell Klinger each work at General Pershing, a Veteran's Hospital in Missouri. In the series we see Soon-Lee, Klinger's wife, again. We also meet Mildred, Potter's wife, for the first time. Besides these familiar characters, we meet many new characters. Mike D'Angelo is the administrative head of the hospital. Alma Cox is his assistant. She does a lot of work for Mike D'Angelo out of a secret love for him; however, he still seems to have feelings for his ex-wife. Bonnie Hornbeck is Alma's secretary. Dr. Gene Pfieffer is a resident at the hospital.
Running only from 1983 to 1985, "After M*A*S*H" was a short-lived series with 30 episodes. Gary Burghoff guest-starred in two episodes, "Yours Truly, Max Klinger" and "It Had To Be You," reprising his role of Walter O'Reilly. In "It Had To Be You" Walter gets married. Edward Winter also reprised his role of Colonel Flagg in "Trials." None of the other actors from M*A*S*H appeared in "After M*A*S*H." The series has been rerun rarely since its first run. The final episode was never aired.
Little Muppet Monsters (1985)
Little Muppet Monsters is a Saturday morning television series featuring the Muppets that aired three episodes on CBS in 1985. The first season of Muppet Babies did so well in the ratings, that CBS decided to expand the series from a half-hour to an hour, pairing Muppet Babies with Little Muppet Monsters. They called the hour-long package Muppets, Babies and Monsters.
Mrs. Columbo
Mrs. Columbo, later rebranded as Kate Columbo, Kate the Detective, and Kate Loves a Mystery is a crime drama TV show. It was based on the wife of the titular Lieutenant Columbo, but neither Peter Falk nor the character of Lieutenant Columbo ever appeared or endorsed it. Despite the name change, poor ratings led to the series cancellation after 13 episodes in March 1980.
Gilligan's Planet (1982)
Gilligan's Planet was a Saturday morning cartoon show that aired on CBS from 1982 to 1984. It was one of the last good cartoon shows that aired, because after this show, 80's cartoons got stupider and stupider. It was cancelled not because of poor ratings but because Filmation (the company that produced it) ran out of business. It was also Filmation's last network cartoon series, starting in 1983, they focused on syndication with He-Man, She-Ra, Filmation's Ghostbusters & Marshall Bravestarr. Gilligan's Planet still remains a fondly remembered cartoon classic, just like it's two originals.
Ferris Bueller
Based on the popular feature film "Ferris Bueller's Day Off, this short-lived comedy followed the antics or high school teen Ferris and his friends.
This series wasn't treated as a continuation of the feature film. In fact, the movie was referenced in the first episode when Ferris implied that he wasn't too thrilled with the choice of Broderick to portray him.
