Beforeigners
Beforeigners follows a new phenomenon that starts happening all over the world. Powerful flashes of light occur in the ocean, and people from the past appear. They come from three separate time periods: The Stone Age, The Viking era and late 19th Century. No one understands how this is possible, and the people from the past, called "beforeigners", have no memory of what's transpired. Only one thing is certain: they keep coming and there is no way back.
A couple of years later, Alfhildr, who comes from the Viking Age, is teamed up with burned-out police officer Lars Haaland as part of the police department's integration scheme. While investigating the murder of a beforeigner, they begin to unravel a larger conspiracy behind the origin of the mysterious mass arrivals.
The Flintstones
The Flintstones was a parody on modern suburban life, set in the Stone Age. The characters in the cartoon series all behaved and spoke in a contemporary manner, though they lived in the prehistoric city of Bedrock.
The Flintstone Kids (1986)
The Flintstone Kids was one of the many Flintstones spin-offs. It featured our main characters except as 10 year olds. Along with some new characters: Dreamchip, Philo, and Rocky Ratrock these mischevious kids got in many adventures. This show was great and one of the best cartoons of the 80's. Although it didn't match up to the original grown-up versions of The Flintstones it still carried on from 1986-1988. The series ended with a bang with the populated feature special in 1988 "The Flintstone Kids Just Say No". There were other segments that featured along with the show. One was called "Dino's Dilemma", and the other was called "Captain Caveman". Those two segments were featured after Flintstone Kids episodes were finished and eventually Captain Caveman became a spin-off.
10,000 BC
Twenty men and women from every conceivable walk of life in modern Britain, are about to find out - the hard way. They have agreed to give up everything - possessions, technology, their home, creature comforts, ready meals, water on tap and their privacy - all to live in the wilderness as a Stone Age community.
Britain's Ancient Capital: Secrets Of Orkney
Orkney - seven miles off the coast of Scotland and cut off by the tumultuous Pentland Firth, the fastest flowing tidal race in Europe - is often viewed as being remote. Yet it is one of the treasure troves of archaeology in Britain.
Recent discoveries there are turning the stone age map of Britain upside down.
Rather than an outpost at the edge of the world, recent finds suggest an extraordinary theory... that Orkney was the cultural capital of our ancient world and the origin of the stone circle cult which culminated in Stonehenge.
In this new three-part series Neil Oliver, Chris Packham, Andy Torbet and Dr Shini Somara join hundreds of archaeologists from around the world who have gathered there to investigate at one of Europe's biggest digs.
The Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm Show (1971)
The show followed neighbors Pebbles Flintstone and Bamm-Bamm Rubble in their teenage years as girlfriend/boyfriend. The episodes were set mainly in the duo's activities at Bedrock High School in the prehistoric town of Bedrock with their friends Moonrock, Penny, Wiggy, Cindy and her boyfriend Fabian, Bad Luck Schleprock, and a motorcycle gang called the Bronto Bunch. Fred, Wilma, Barney, and Betty were also featured on the show in supporting roles.
