Marvel Rising: Initiation
Later this summer, Marvel will launch a series of animated shorts titled Marvel Rising: Initiation. These shorts will build up to an animated film, Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors, that will premiere on Disney Channel in the fall. The story centers on teenage superhero Ghost-Spider (a version of Gwen Stacy who has acquired spider powers), who is on the run from the law after being framed for her friend's murder. Ms. Marvel, Squirrel Girl, Quake, and Patriot are dispatched to bring her in, before they all find themselves teaming up to fight a threat no one had expected. This group of heroes is younger and more inclusive (in terms of both gender and ethnicity) than the mostly white male heroes who dominate the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After Adam and Leo volunteer to oversee the students at Davenport's Bionic Academy, Kaz, Oliver and Skylar join forces with Chase and Bree to form a powerful elite force that combines bionic heroes and superheroes. Together, they vow to track down the villains and keep the world safe.
Learning with Pibby: Apocalypse
When a cute preschool educational television show is invaded by an unknown corruption, its main character Pibby has to escape to different animated programs as the mysterious entity transforms the characters it captures into possessed creatures. Along the way, Pibby teams up with two characters - a cliché superhero sidekick, Alloy Boy, and a Disney-like villainess, Melira. Although none of them are traditional heroes, they have to learn to work together to save the cartoon worlds from the apocalypse.
