Douglas lives a perfect life. He enjoys his privileged status as national treasure and host of current affairs show "Live at Six" while off-air he shares a harmonious home with wife Sheila, a newspaper editor.

One of the first (if not the first) documentary to address the issue of mental wellness. Follow the much beloved and revered broadcaster, Alan Partridge, on a quest to understand what is going on with his own mind and the mind of his fellow Britons. Sharing what he learns with the nation. It's a show that makes a statement and that will create shock waves. And if he ends up being seen as a mental health champion for the middle-aged, who is also a good fit to present other issues-led documentary strands, so be it.
