Beast Wars

And as they delve deeper into the planet's history, they uncover a terrible secret, one that must not be allowed to fall into the wrong hands, or their entire race's very existence could be threatened.Beast Wars was a spin-off from the 80s Transformers cartoon. It was later followed by Beast Machines, which continues this show. Another interesting series to note that Beast Wars may have started as Beast Wars Neo, completely done in Japanese and yet to be dubbed; it is vaguely reminiscent of Gundam Wing, and many other popular mobile suit animes.
Transformers: Armada
In 2010 Armada follows the latest battle in the war between the Autobots and Decepticons as the two sides race to gain the allegiance of a newly discovered race of Transformers known as Mini-Cons. Much smaller than either the regular Transformers, the Mini-Cons can connect to their large counterparts granting them new abilities. Each Mini-Con enhances the power of a Transformer exponentially. Our only chance for a peaceful cosmos is for Optimus Prime and the Autobots to defeat their enemies and free all Mini-Cons.

The Cybertron forces of justice is led by Optimus Prime. While in order to protect the entire universe, they encounter the inhabitants of various planets, the evil forces of Megatron unfolds a fight.

Transformers: The Headmasters
Headmasters starts with Galvatron leading a new batch of Destrons to wage war on Seibertron, the Destron Headmasters. The Cybertrons are rescued by the arrival of the Cybertron Headmasters, led by Fortress (Cerebros, the head of Fortress Maximus). It is revealed that Fortress left Seibertron millions of years ago in search of energy, and have finally managed to come home. He explains that the Headmasters are from a planet called Master; the human-sized robots who live there built themselves Transformers-sized bodies. They can then transform themselves into the heads of the robots, and have now joined the Cybertron-Destron war.
Transformers: Energon
It's been 10 Earth years since the last battle against Unicron involving him and Megatron disappearing into deep space. The Autobots and Decepticons have been working together and have set up mining post for mining Energon in which to use the Energon to restore Cybertron. But a bad guy called Alpha Q (AKA Alpha Quintesson) has sent a Decepticon named Scorponok and a group of drones called the Terrorcons to raid the mining settlements and steal the Energon so they can restore and power up Unicron and revive Megatron with the help of the Decepticons. But a resurrected Megatron has other plans with Unicron since he has plans to control him. Scorponok and Alpha Q have different plans for Unicron and that is to use Unicron's power to re-create things like his home planet, and destroy Megatron once and for all. It's up to Optimus Prime, the Autobots, and the Omnicons along with a teenage boy named Kicker to stop the Decepticons from stealing all the Energon and taking over the universe.
Transformers: Victory
Following the conclusion of the American Transformers cartoon series in 1987, Takara, the Japanese producers of the Transformers, opted to create unique anime for their shore.
Victory is the story of the new Cybertron Supreme Commander, Star Saber, defending the Earth against the forces of Deszaras, the Destrons' new Emperor of Destruction. Deszaras desires the planet's energy to reactivate his massive planet-destroying fortress, sealed away in the Dark Nebula long ago by Star Saber.
Transformers: Super-God Masterforce
Transformers: Masterforce aired on Japanese television from 1988 to 1989. Taking place after Transformers: Headmasters, it is the story of how Metalhawk and his small team of Cybertrons must protect Earth from the mysterious Devil Z and his Destron forces. Humans play many prominent roles in Masterforce, from the Destron husband-wife team of Giga and Mega to the Cybertron's Junior Headmasters and the reluctantly-recruited Ginrai. Masterforce is often considered second only to Transformers: Victory as a fan favorite.

Transformers: Power of the Primes is an Internet-based limited animated series created by Eric S. Calderon, Adam Beechen and F.J. DeSanto, and produced by Machinima, Inc. and Tatsunoko Production, in partnership with Hasbro Studios.
Transformers: Cyber Missions
Transformers: Cyber Missions is an online CGI cartoon produced by TG Studios for Hasbro's web site. The stories are part of the Movie continuity. It features toys from the Revenge of the Fallen, 2010 Transformers, and Power Core Combiners toylines. The first episode aired in January 2010.
