Death and Other Details
Death and Other Details asks how do you solve a murder in a post-fact world? Especially when sailing the Mediterranean on an ocean liner filled with the wealthy and powerful. Everyone on board is hiding something... but is one of them a killer? That's what the world's once greatest detective Rufus Cotesworth and his protégée aim to discover. The truth at all costs.
The Brokenwood Mysteries
This series begins when two fishermen find the body of a local farmer in the river, and Detective Inspector Mike Shepherd (Neill Rea) is sent to the small rural town of Brokenwood to investigate the death with local Detective Kristin Sims (Fern Sutherland). Is this the suicide of a man guilty of his own wife's murder or is he the victim of foul play? Like Agatha Christie's Poirot, Shepherd has his own rather 'unique' ways of unravelling the mystery, much to the exasperation of Sims. Before the credits roll in each feature length episode Shepherd will have his culprit, but with more red herrings than a Scandinavian canning factory, you'll be kept guessing right to the very end!

When the police are reluctant to believe her story, Judith finds herself forming an unlikely friendship with local dog-walker and empty-nester Suzie and unfulfilled vicar's wife Becks as they start an investigation of their own. Eventually asked to assist with the official police investigation, headed by newly promoted Tanika, the women must piece together clues, grill suspect witnesses, and face down real danger as they work against the clock to stop the killer in their tracks.
