But for them to stand a chance of succeeding, they must undergo treatment separately. The fate of their relationship hangs in the balance: go it alone in rehab, or stay together and face the likelihood of a relapse.

Dr. Bartholomew Bottoms is a veterinarian based on the north shore of Maui. He has been providing mobile veterinarian services for the islands of Maui, Lanai, Molokai, Oahu, the Big Island, and Kauai since 2007. Dr. Bottoms is the vet that Maui Humane Society calls whenever a large animal needs treatment. He never leaves home without his surfboards and his dog, Kevin.
