Darkroom is an American television thriller series that aired on ABC from November 27, 1981 to January 15, 1982. It is an anthology horror/thriller series, similar in style to Rod Serling's Night Gallery. Each 60 minute episode features two or more stories of varying length with a new story and a new cast, but each episode wraparound is hosted by James Coburn.


Each Saturday night, Joe Bob Briggs hosts a couple of movies (usually horror or science fiction) at his "trailer" with Rusty, the mail girl. Before the movie starts, he gives a background on it and Drive- In Totals (10 Bodies, Heads Roll, Chainsaw Fu, etc.).

Creature (aka: Peter Benchley's Creature) is a miniseries based on the 1994 novel White Shark (re-published as 'Creature' in 1997 concurrent with the film) by 'Jaws' author Peter Benchley. The film is about an amphibious shark-like monster terrorizing an abandoned secret military base and the people who live on the island where it is located.

Chiller is a 5-episode horror/fantasy anthology series originally shown erratically in the UK on ITV. The stories each involve, to some extent, the supernatural, and feature lead actors with familiar faces from UK television.
