With a grand-prize of getting a contract with WWE, the talent are pumped to show that they have what it takes to be the next "Rock" or "Hogan". WWE Women's Champion Trish Stratus, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Booker T and Bill Demott are the trainers to a the 12 who will live, train and compete against one another in a house in Simi Valley, California.
Together, they will fight to see who has what it takes to be the next Superstar or Diva. Each week the contestants with have unique challenges that are going to show their skill and ability to be a WWE Superstar. Every week the contestants will meet a Superstar and be able to learn from them. With an elimination each episode, only one will be left standing and be able to have the grand prize and be the next Superstar.
Extreme Weight Loss
In a society of overweight people, this is the chance of a life time of all the 8 contestants competing to see if they can lose the weight in time to win. As each week goes by viewers can learn what techniques Chris uses to help the overweight contestants to make sure that they feel good about themselves and push toward their goals.

Hosted by Ajay Rochester - who herself has halved her body weight - and under the expert guidance of American trainers, overweight contestants battle not only for the 200 000 prize, but for their lives, their health and their futures.
American Gladiators
The show pits everyday athletes against the show's gladiators in contests of physical strength and endurance. The revival of the "American Gladiators" franchise feature such classic events as The Joust, The Wall, Hang Tough, and Eliminator with upgraded 21st century technology. The show is hosted by Hulk Hogan and Laila Ali.
The Spa
This is a comedy series written by Derren Litten set in set in a Hertfordshire spa that claims that it can cure anyone; the fat, the thin and the lazy.
