Four young women, best friends: Jazz, Fanta, Hajra and Rasaq grew up on the streets of Berlin's rough Wedding. On the threshold of adulthood, they look to an uncertain future. Only one thing is certain: they have big dreams. A chance find gives them hope of quick money and a better life, but their friendship is put to the test.

Lukas Franke (Matthias Schweighöfer) is the victim of a cyber-crime attack. All his personal data, web and social media profiles get hacked and he gets accused of being involved in eco-terrorism. Lukas struggles to prove that he is innocent. His family, friends and colleagues doubt his innocence and start suspecting him. Lukas tries to find out who is behind the cyber-attacks and finds another victim, Lena Arandt, with whom he tries to solve the situation. Together they find out that someone from the German BKA (Federal Criminal Police) pulls the strings behind this crime.

In six episodes, 4 Blocks tells a story about friendship, family, betreyal and guilt in the milieu of an arabic clan in Berlin-Neuköln. The story centers around the charismatic and ambitious Ali Hamady (Kida Khodr Ramadan), who uses every method to promote the business of his family. But when his brother-in-law gets arrested during a raid, Ali looses more and more control over the business, the family and his 4 blocks.
