Based on the popular Australian show of the same name, adapted for FX by David Zuckerman. Jason Gann, the star of the original series, has agreed to be involved in the new project.

At the center of this sitcom is a cranky dog who believes he is human, and lives to torment the live-in boyfriend of his loving, oblivious owner Sarah. Jason Gann plays the superstar mutt Wilfred.

Sick, twisted, politically incorrect and freakin' sweet, the animated series features the adventures of the Griffin family. Peter and Lois have three kids - the youngest is a brilliant, sadistic baby bent on killing his mother and destroying the world. Their talking dog Brian keeps baby Stewie in check while sipping martinis and sorting through his own life issues.
