Return To Amish
TLC has picked up its Breaking Amish spinoff series, tentatively titled "Return To Amish" with the original cast set to return. The new spin-off series follows Abe, Rebecca, Sabrina, Jeremiah, and Kate as they continue to acclimate to their new lives while still applying some Amish traditions to holidays and major life events. Mary, Katie Ann, and Andrew all return as well, and viewers are finally introduced to Chester (Mary's husband), Chapel (Andrew's girlfriend) and Kayla (Rebecca's daughter).
The show, previously known as Tales of Amish Horror, are paranormal experiences from the Amish community recalled through re-enactments, interviews and archival photos by the same team that made Amish Mafia.
The show follows four families from South Dakota who trade in all their modern cons, to live a life atypical of that in the 1800s, as there ancestors would of.
Breaking Amish: Brave New World
Original cast members Abe, Rebecca, Kate, Sabrina and Jeremiah reuniting, and expecting to make a fresh start in Sarasota, FL - home to a large ex-Amish and Amish community. But, they are surprised to discover even more culture shock and unexpected challenges.
Breaking the Faith
This show shares the story of eight young men and women who are trying to build a new life outside of the FLDS - either by choice, or by force. The young men, known as lost boys, are cast-outs from their homes and not welcomed back, while the women are escaping the controlling ways of the community - including arranged marriage and a life of complete submission, known as "keeping sweet" - and are hoping for a better life on the outside.
This show takes a look at what happens when four Amish people and a Mennonite leave the world of buggies and horses and venture out to New York City. The series unfolds as a wild ride of firsts. At the end they must decide- remain in their faith, or denounce it and be shunned by their families.
