Five years have passed for Olivia Alessandri. Reconciled with her tormented past, she opened a law firm in Nice with a credo: to defend lost causes! What she did for herself a few years ago, she now does for others. Flirting with the limits, she is ready to do anything to defend these women and men for whom she is a last resort. Each of her cases then becomes a real chess game that she engages in to bring justice to those whom justice has betrayed...

Ten years after surviving a car accident in which her mother and brother were murdered, Olivia, returns to the French Riviera with a new identity and a single purpose: Retribution.

The show centers on Caitlyn Sullivan, a brilliant investigator at the Brooklyn Police Station whose stubborn character and her recklessness behind the wheel have made her an outcast within the NYPD. She teams with Marseille-born Leo Romba, a happy New York Taxi driver full of energy and care for his clients, to form the most improbable and efficient partnership to solve crimes and mysteries around Brooklyn.

This series presents Jean Reno as Jo St-Clair, a veteran detective in Paris' elite Criminal Brigade tackling the city's most challenging murder cases.
