Big Fan is a half-hour weekly comedic game show from Jimmy Kimmel based on the viral "Who Knows...?" celebrity vs. super-fan game segment on his ABC late-night show Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The young comedian first attracted the attention of Jackhole Industries front man Jimmy Kimmel, who has had Milonakis as a guest on his late-night talk show several times. Andy is most famous for his Super Bowl Is Gay sketch. The project will center around Milonakis and his wacky activities, like creating bizarre short films of himself, after being trapped in his Lower East Side Manhattan apartment.

Emmy-winner Jimmy Kimmel serves as host and executive producer of "Jimmy Kimmel Live", ABC Television Network's distinctive late-night talk show.

The show features outrageous crank calls from real comedians to real people delivered to viewers through puppets. The puppets are voiced by Jimmy Kimmel, Adam Carolla, Snoop Dogg, Robert Smigel, Jeff Goldblum, Wanda Sykes, David Alan Grier, Kathy Griffin and many other celebrities.

The show celebrates all that is manly, from beer to women to porn, and though is at times less than tasteful, never takes itself seriously and does everything tongue and cheek along with a wink and a smile. After 4 season, the co-hosts Adam Corrolla and Jimmy Kimmell moved on, and were replaced by Joe Rogan and Doug Stanhope. This is believed to be what killed the show, as it was cancelled after just one season with the new hosts.
