After finishing up their senior year of high school, the Scooby-Doo-gang decide to travel in the Mystery Machine, seeking fun and adventure during what could possibly be their last summer break together. However, havoc-wreaking monsters prevent them from completing their journey.

This edition of the Scooby Doo franchise is based in the small town of Crystal Cove, a place with a long history of ghost sightings, demons, phantoms and other paranormal activity. What better place for Scooby and the gang to put down roots?

"Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels" centers on the mystery-solving adventures of the Teen Angels (Brenda, Dee Dee and Taffy) and their friend Captain Caveman (or Cavey for short), a prehistoric caveman whom the girls discovered and thawed from a block of ice. Captain Caveman's powers include super-strength, a variety of useful objects hidden inside his fur, and a club that allows him to fly and from which pops out different tools he uses to fight crime. Captain Caveman's voice was provided by Mel Blanc. The first and second seasons of the show were part of "Scooby's All-Star Laff-A-Lympics" and "Scooby's All-Stars" through 1979. Cavey and the girls also participated in sporting competitions as part of The Scooby Doobies team on the half-hour "Laff-A-Lympics" segment. In March 1980, Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels were given their own half hour show with 16 new episodes combined with reruns from 1977-1979.

Bigfoot and Wildboy was a Sid and Marty Krofft live action children's television series on ABC. It began in 1976 as a part of The Krofft Supershow on Saturday mornings. Each episode was 15 minutes long, with cliffhanger endings resolved the following week. It became its own series in 1979 with twelve 30-minute episodes. There were a total of 28 episodes produced. "Bigfoot and Wildboy" was very similar to five episodes from another ABC series The Six Million Dollar Man, which included Bigfoot, who was the protector of aliens from outer space. Episodes for "Bigfoot and Wildboy" are hard to find, even from collectors. Only two releases were available in the 1980s by Embassy Video, "Bigfoot and Wildboy Volume One" and "Bigfoot and Wildboy Volume Two." Both are now out of print. Columbia House had released "The World Of Sid and Marty Krofft" series, which contained "Bigfoot and Wildboy" episodes. Rhino Video released a three-DVD collection also called "The World Of Sid and Marty Krofft" in 2002 included "The Return Of The Vampire" episode. Cox Cable's "Retro Saturday Morning" aired the first eight two-part episodes of "Bigfoot and Wildboy" in 2003 and 2004 as part of the second season of the Krofft Supershow. Rhino Video has released some of the other Sid and Marty Krofft series such as H.R. Pufnstuf, The Bugaloos, and Sigmund and the Sea Monsters as DVD collections. When Rhino Video was contacted in 2006, there were no current plans for a DVD-set for the "Bigfoot and Wildboy" series. Ray Young, who played "Bigfoot," appeared in many other television shows, including an episode of The Bionic Woman called "Iron Ships And Dead Men" on March 30, 1977, but not as Bigfoot. Young died of lung cancer on July 6, 1999. Joseph Butcher, who played "Wildboy," is in the real estate business. In 2004, he appeared in an episode of 55 Degrees North as Jack Timson Jr. Monika Ramirez, who played "Susie," appeared in many television shows in the 1970s, including an episode of The Brady Bunch called "The Personality Kid", alongside Christopher Knight, who would later appear with her in the Bigfoot and Wildboy episode "White Wolf". In 2001, she appeared as Donna Skyhawk in an episode of Any Day Now. Yvonne Regalado, who played "Cindy," is now Yvonne Regalado Martin and is an opera singer. (Wikipedia)

This series was created after The Scooby-Doo Movies, which featured a guest star. It was very different from Scooby Doo, Where Are You?, which mostly focused on a spooky theme, and it was always dark. On The Scooby-Doo Show, however, everything was different. It focused more on an action theme, and the plots were better. It also introduced a new character named Scooby Dum.

First seen on The Scooby-Doo/Dynomutt Hour, these half-hour antics animated derring-do showcased The Blue Falcon,a blue-clad superhero and his robotic doberman, Dynomutt Dog Wonder. The show, although based around crime-fighting, super heros and'evil do-ers' it seemed more to remind you of watching an episode of secret squirrel with all of its gags and laughs.

In the year 2076, Jabberjaw, a 15-foot tall talking great white shark, and his human friends Biff, Shelly, Bubbles and Clamhead play in a band called The Neptunes; the group travels from underwater city to city, battling diabolical villains while playing concerts.

"The Barkleys" was a cartoon produced by DePatie-Freleng Enterprises that ran on NBC for only one season from 1972 to 1973. It featured an anthropomorphic dog family consisting of Arnie (a bus driver), his wife Agnes, their teenagers Terry and Roger, and a younger child, Chester. The series was heavily inspired by the sitcom "All in the Family" and to a lesser extent "The Honeymooners."

"The Houndcats" was a cartoon produced by DePatie-Freleng Enterprises that ran on NBC for only one season from 1972 to 1973. It was loosely based on the adventure series "Mission: Impossible" and featured a team of three dogs and two cats working to serve justice where there is wrong-doing.

This cartoon introduced four kids and a dog named Scooby-Doo. These kids were Daphne Blake, Freddy Jones, Velma Dinkley, Norville "Shaggy" Rogers, and their mascot. They travelled around in a green van known as "The Mystery Machine" and solved many scary mysteries along the way.

Bailey's Comets is an animated cartoon series that aired on CBS in the 1973/74 and 1974/75 seasons. The second season consisted entirely of reruns. The series was produced by DePatie-Freleng Enterprises and was created by David H. DePatie and Friz Freleng in association with Joe Ruby and Ken Spears. Different roller skating teams compete in a worldwide race to different locations searching for clues that will lead them to the million-dollar prize. Besides the teams interfering with each other, there were also outside forces and subplots that would step in to hinder the racing teams' progress.

"Wonderbug" is a children's live-action television series in which three youths - Barry, Susan and C.C. - outwit assorted villains with the assistance of their junkyard car, "Schlepcar," which can magically transform into the crime-busting Wonderbug. Using a different disguise each week, this "Mod Squad" for kids plus their magic car proved to be invulnerable to the forces of evil.
