A newly widowed woman, Andrea Martin as Ceil Engel, and her three children discover that their husband and father has left them a mountain of debts and a failing law firm. Only one of the four, the youngest child, is qualified to practice law firm but that doesn't stop the entire family from trying to run the firm and keep it afloat.
