This week's backdoor pilot for "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" was pretty bad. Looks like it's going to be another spin-off fail similar to Suspect Behavior. And what happend to Anna Gun? She must have gained 30 pounds since BB ended.

In my opinion, Jennifer Love Hewitt didn't add anything to the show. I just feel indifferent to her. A different actor might have had an actual impression either good or bad so I guess JLH was the safe choice. I expect she won't be asked to extend her original contract. I, too, miss Prentiss. I liked her dynamics with the other team members.

Love Hewitt is a maybe for me.

Wasn't too sure about Jennifer Love Hewitt when I heard she was added to the cast but from season's 10 opening she wasn't too bad.
I still do miss Prentiss though

I still miss Mandy Patamkin (especially after seeing him on Homeland), but Criminal Minds was so well made that it survived his departure after two years and thrived. Not as much flash as some shows, but consistent quality has always been the major draw.
I love this show, have been a fan since the start. Never bothered to check this forum though, and it seems quite 'dead'..
Some thoughts this season: brilliant, creepy scene in s8e10, The Lesson. Pixies' Where is my mind is used for the second time in this series, this time the lullaby version, what a mindfucking mix of sound and image! E12 was brilliant. The Replicator is building up to the season finale it seems, looking forward to it. Undecided regarding J. Tripplehorn, but I always 'hate' the changes in this show, still missing Gideon :rolleyes:
