Dalgliesh is easy, I rate S1 & S2 both with a strong 4.5★ of my personal rating
The performance is brilliant, plots are mostly great but always good and the technicals are all rather professional.
There are very authentic strong 70s vibes, the characters seem shallow in the very beginning, but that changes fast ... and deep :)
Especially Bertie Carvel's performance which seems very distant, cold and "sherlocky" in the beginning, will fill with a very deep and wonderful portraited character especially in S2.
Don't expect to much or any action, this is mostly about characters and dialogues in a sherlocky Miss Marple stlye.
The show is more of a quality-type show that need attention, so nothing "easy".
Some cases have clues openly presented, and mystery-solving and narrowing down suspects is partly possible
