The series follows the Dead Boy Detectives - Charles Rowland and Edwin Paine - who decided not to enter the afterlife in order to stay on earth and investigate crimes involving the supernatural.
Tried to watch this so many times but didn't make it past episode three; can't say why though as it's something I would normally enjoy. This though just didn't grip me ....
I didn't think it was bad but for some reason it was a struggle. Probably the runtimes

I enjoyed this series, tho why is Kassius Nelson playing an American... Seriously, we can all hear her Little Britain trying to break free :p Showrunners, she's been paying a teen for like a decade now, least you can let her speak without trying to put on an accent!
Loved the cliffhanger ending too... I'm for more!

I was really anticipating this one. Watched about half of the first one with my wife at which point we sort of looked at each other and both said "This isnt very good is it?" and turned it off. Noticeably bad acting, poor CGI and a general sort of poor slapstick, clumsy feel. Too bad. If I start seeing rave reviews I might try again, but I believe we are done after half of episode one.
Yepp E01 is clearly the worst, nearly turned it off here as well, was bad!
... but from E02 it gets a little better but never good, but maybe the last 2 episodes, they are story-episodes and clearly a bit "better"

Fair enough. I've watched four episodes so far and I'm enjoying it.
