Bud Lutz is a struggling lawyer in Las Vegas so he and his girlfriend Megan relocate to Palm Springs in hopes of attracting richer clients. Millie is his secretary, Dwayne a law student doubling as gofer and Kay his ex, who is an attorney at a prestigious firm.
