Erica Faure, 41, is a successful writer of detective novels. Returning to her hometown to empty the house of her deceased parents, she discovers the lifeless body of Alexandra, her childhood best friend, with her veins cut. Convinced that it is not a suicide, Erica launches into an investigation where past and present intertwine.
