Based on the thrill-ride film, this series is a supernatural crime saga centered around bank robber and his violent, unpredictable brother, who are wanted by the FBI and the Texas Rangers after a bank heist left several people dead. While on the run to Mexico, Seth and Richie encounter former minister Jacob Fuller (Patrick) and his family, whom they take hostage. Using the family RV to cross the border, chaos ensues when the group detours to a strip club that is populated by vampires. They are forced to fight until dawn in order to get out alive. The series deepens the tone of the film, adds new characters and backstories and expands the Mesoamerican mythology behind the creatures inside the club.
Does this series have a proper ending without a cliffhanger? I want to give it a chance, but not if it ends up a cliffhanger.
Honestly I wouldn't bother...it had a couple of nice touches (the brothers had some style), but when they bring in the vampire thingys and revolve the plot around that the whole thing turns to shit.

Dunno if it aired on El Rey Network, but there's a WEB-DL - From.Dusk.Till.Dawn.S02E03.720p.WEB-DL.x264-FUM
I haven't watched it yet, but it's real.

Ep 2x02 wasn't so good, but at least Danny Trejo is badass as expected. :D
Actually the vampire deaths look really good, the makeup on the other hand (like the big dude from the meat packing plant) is pretty cheap.

It's mildly entertaining at times, but every time they go all vampy everything screams budget.

While I enjoyed it, there were more than a few parts where whoever wrote it tried to emulate Tarrantinos style and it fell really flat.

So the season 2 premiere was quite enjoyable. So far I'm liking Kisa's & Seth's storyline more. The new additions to the cast are good, however Esai Morales isn't totally convincing as an ubervillain.
