Five civil servants team up at the Canadian Aerospace Compliance Agency (C.A.C.A., A.C.C.A. in French), whose mandate is to investigate extraterrestrial phenomena. When the Agency is threatened with closure by a new minister who deems it obsolete and useless, the A.C.C.A. team, led by a fallen astronaut, embarks on a series of shenanigans aimed at saving their jobs and their pride.
