Years before Superman became a superhero, the House of El was shamed and ostracized. This series follows The Man of Steel's grandfather as he brings hope and equality to Krypton, turning a planet in disarray into one worthy of giving birth to the greatest Super Hero ever known.
The only real question here is how scorpius074 could not be the one to bring it up...
Haven't started watching the second season yet. Currently waiting for it to end so I can binge it. ;)

I have watched a few episodes of season 2 and the situation that Seg-El is in was gnawing in my mind. Then it dawned on me: the stuff with Brainiac has parallels with the Scorpius to John Crichton thing in Farscape, down to similar make-up (except the different color). Does anyone agree?
...good catch. How did I miss this?
It worked really well for Farscape though, here it often feels more like a side-plot to a side-plot.
Still, the scenes it does come up in are IMO some of the most interesting ones this season so far.
