Filmed by local Kenyan camera talent over nearly 1,400 days in the field, the documentary tracks Kio's high-stakes transformation from a fragile cub into a powerful king. The series features narration by O.J. Lynch and an original score by Hans Zimmer, Niccolò Pacella, and George Huston Warren.
