Jonathan Majors, who was one of Hollywood's fastest-rising stars before facing misdemeanor domestic-violence charges in Manhattan, was found guilty of assault and harassment on Monday for attacking his girlfriend in a car.
The six-person jury found that Mr. Majors was not guilty on two other counts that had required prosecutors to show that he had acted with intent — one of assault and one of harassment. But the verdict, which arrived after more than five hours of deliberation over three days, thwarted Mr. Majors's hopes of salvaging his career by proving his innocence in the March altercation. His future in the film industry, already under threat, is now unclear.
Jurors saw a text exchange in which Mr. Majors urged Ms. Jabbari not to seek treatment for a head wound and threatened suicide if she did.
That's him screwed then.
And so is Season 3 of Loki...
If this is true, it was already screwed:

Sad if its true, Hiddleston was one of the best remaining legacy actors/characters.
Hiddleston: "I, of course, don't know and as we've discussed, there have been thank you notes exchanged between myself, and Kevin Feige, and Louis D'Esposito, and Victoria Alonso... Me saying, 'Thank you so much for the role of a lifetime. I'll always be grateful to you.' And they say, 'Tom, you'll always be part of the family. Come and see us any time...'"
Horowitz: "And eight years later still playing."
Hiddleston: "Yeah, we just keep saying thank you. And so, with that in mind, but I do feel very proud and satisfied with where we landed, because I think, as a team, we brought it full circle and it is this ultimate journey of redemption."
One has to remember this is an actor/character that has died and come back to life multiple times in the super-powered franchise, with Loki Season 2 seemingly setting the Marvel hero up for an exciting future going forward.
So we just don't know yet. Given that this is a show with very creative people, I bet they could replace Jonathan Majors with another actor and explain it logically enough.

That would suck. :(

And I hope I'm wrong, but it also felt a bit like ending the show/ preparing Loki for his next steps in some upcoming movie.
