This show brings back Captain America's girlfriend Peggy Carter, played by Hayley Atwell, and chronicles her life as a budding secret agent after her boyfriend Captain America is stranded in ice.
yeah.. a marvel show in that time period and with a female lead... i think the show really appeals to everyone. Agents of Shield i like a lot, but the SSR agency is just simple. Like an old fashioned buddy cop show ;-)

I prefer Agent Carter way more than Agents of SHIELD. Way way more. Let's hope it gets a second series.
