This series is envisioned as a sequel to the movie. It is set 10 years after the end of Precrime in DC. One of the three Precogs struggles to lead a "normal" human life, but remains haunted by visions the future, when he meets a detective haunted by her past who just may help him find a purpose to his gift.
The setting of a Girl cop and the outsider was original (if it ever was) 10 years ago. Limitless did it too but it works a bit better. But in this case, the match is poor and the stories are the same.
Pity...

Not unexpected, surprised it's lasted this long.

I bailed halfway through ep 2. Poor execution and does not work. Mores the pity.

Halfway through episode 2 and I found myself thinking maybe I could go and do my tax return. If that's more interesting than the show I guess it gets a big thumbs down.

Yeah, pretty poor execution. I'll give it another ep or two before deciding. I like the premise, but you are right, it's all in how they do with the scripts, casting and directors.

The concept of this show sounded promising, but I did not manage to get to the end of the pilot. Bad acting and even worse dialogues. The alternate future looked sort of 'pretty', but they'd rather have invested the time and energy into writing and finding some real actors...
