When his security company is attacked, Tony and Ziva must go on the run across Europe, try to figure out who is after them and maybe even learn to trust each other again so that they can finally have their unconventional happily ever after.
*le sigh* I've stuck it out, and there's one episode left ... with so many dangling threads that I think it'll be impossible to resolve everything without a deus ex machina or two, which will make a pretty messed-up thing even worse. I have the sinking feeling that the whole thing will end on a cliffhanger or something, in the hopes that it'll garner enough interest to justify at least a second season ... which I'm rather dubious about.
There've been aspects I kind of liked, but overall it looks as if "the relationship all the fans wanted" (uh yeah, no -- not the parts of the fandom I hang out with) will be as much in limbo as it was before the season started, so I'm with you: what was even the point?

Physically possible, yes, but the shortest distance border to border will take ~18 hours, not counting traffic, geography (there's a lotta mountains to get over/through) and/or actual destinations. And those 18 hours mean lotsa highways, not convenient (if scenic) back roads where you can execute someone in broad daylight and nobody will notice.

I have a feeling this show will not see a season 2. Sometimes its better to leave stuff alone. Stop trying to milk a show.

made it to the end of ep 1 and won't be back. There was something off about the whole thing. Maybe Tony needed a McGee or a boss to bounce off quips off. The dynamic between Tony and Ziva just seemed needy from Tony and oddly unrequited from Ziva. They still aint married? WFT happened there? Sure, the show needs to milk out some sort of estrangement for the plot "dynamic" but I dunno.

I agree. I had to go back and check how many episodes were in the season, and I felt...It should've ended by now. As you say, feels dragged out.
