Tv.com did a layout change recently, which messed up the gathering of the episodes schedules, big time. As tv.com is still the most accurate and up to date source for this info, I'm trying to adjust the next-episode.net scrips so they can gather the info from the new layout. There is a huge problem though. They've removed the season/episode number info from the episode listing. And now, there's only a Prod # (which I can't quite get the meaning of). So, for some shows (like Lost), the Prod # is something meaningful (for example "101" - representing season 1, episode 1), while for others (like Invasion) the Prod # is something strange like "2T6951". I'm kinda hoping someone will come up with an idea on how to bypass this problem? The only solution I came up with is to go through every single show, every season, and every episode and get the season/episode# info from there. Unfortunately, although this will be done automatically, it has to be done at least once a day (so the series info will be up to date) and it will take huuuuuuuuge amount of time (and bandwidth on my server). Any ideas? A way to switch back to old tv.com's layout (with the season and episode # in the episodes_listing) ?
