If any of your shows are currently airing, you'll notice that the lists on the home page are slightly different.

The new look is ON for everyone by default, but can be turned off with a setting in your homepage tweaks.

Been toying with this idea for a while now, and finally I decided to try something minimalistic yet functional.

Let me know how it works for you and how much you love it/hate it/want it changed.

Update: Since some of you seem unaware of this - With this new look, you can still see other shows (in their first season) along with the shows from your watchlist. Just turn on the "Include shows not in my watchlist when in their 1st season" setting in the homepage tweaks.

"Only shows from my watchlist" option is off in the settings.

Not enough distinction between watch list shows and season 1 shows for me.

Yes, this option will be disabled when the image mode is on.

Thats better, bold too would be nice if possible. (edit; Just noticed they are bold, or at least slightly bold)
Odd bug though, Revolution is appearing before my watchlist shows for yesterdays episodes.

It's a decent idea but I think it's unnecessary b/c if it's on our watchlist I'm pretty sure we know what the show banner/icon looks like. If it were for shows outside our watchlist it might attract someone to see the info of a show b/c of an actor in the picture or an interesting looking banner. But this would create too much clutter I think.
Also, I don't like that I can't see the list of non-watchlist shows. It was helpful for new shows not yet added.

I've fixed my previous "bug" on my own, but now today's/tommorow's/yesterday's shows aren't appearing in alphabetical order.

Yes they aren't.

Since the view is not a list, it doesn't make much sense to order them like that - instead - they're ordered by popularity on Next Episode :)

The idea is great but its to busy for me. I still need to read the titles because the pictures are to small and then you see also all those colours screaming at you. Also I think for shows you watch every week you do not need pictures. It would have been different if it where movies. For new shows I would not mind it. But then on a different page where all new shows are listed to get an overview.

Love it!!!! I used to have to click into the link to see the cover icon so i could remember what it was (this comes from watching to much) but now this is much quicker and easier. Great job and many thanks.

I prefer the old style, switced it back to that. I like to see what shows air, in case I am looking for a new show to start

Same here. I often come here just to take a quick look at what shows aired the previous night and see if maybe something catches my attention..

I cant select my custom search engines from the front page anymore.....

Id normally click TPB which I setup to link me straight to the pirate bay with the TV show text inserted into the link.
Gone.

Can this be put back in?

The new look its not to bad but i do like the option of seeing what other show have come up the same day, since that way i can see when the new shows come out that i havent checked out. so anyways im all for the new look but with the extra option of seeing the other shows from that day... Thanks for the great job x

Gandalf - What's this ? Typical elven work.
The only thing that is bothering is that the Season/Episode number is too small and hidden in the thumbnail.

Far from me to discredit the idea but... it's only a thumbnail.

Simplified - awesome.

Suggestions:
(1) show s/e larger or in text.
(2) hyperlink 'episodes' so that you can toggle on/off the full list in case you want to see it.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Set it so members can change it to this ridiculous style if they want. Probably wont bother EVER using this site again, im not going out of my way to change settings to have it looking like other GOOD sites.

Loved looking at all the shows not on my watchlist for suggestions when nothing in my watchlist was on. Even shows with multiple seasons. That's how I found Doctor Who!

Hmmm this is the same as the list on the right hand side.

Personally I'd rather have a black-list for shows. That way I can hide the shows I don't want to see but still have the ability to see new shows (or new shows to me.)

@santah - Ok, I get it, but would it possible to add an option in the settings for the alphabetical order? I like it better that way to browse for shows that aren't on my watchlist. A good example of the alphabetical order being useful are talk shows - I don't have any of them on my watchlist and I check daily who's on them to find out if I want to download them. Not having an alphabetical list means I have to read the whole thing or use search, because they're not popular on n-e and therefore not at the top of the list.

Is it possible to put ratings in with First Season tags? Might be a quick way to see if something is worth it or not

to be honest i don't like the new look, i like when i get the chance to see other shows, other tham the ones one my WL and the ones in their 1st season, because sometimes i get curious or somebody tells me about a show an i remember when i see it on the list.......

before you could find a show by chance that's not possible now

Wow... there's some seriously furious people for a tiny thumbnail. (only aimed at one or 2).

Fortunatly, the dumbest comments like a few up there are not representing the user base. Otherwise, our websites would still look like the Geocities webpages we had in the 90s.

what option to go back? the settings only allow you to see what they want us to see (shows in their first season) i want to see every show for the day, as heaps of others have said i could find some gem to watch but now i can't. Again as someone said if it aint broke.

If I can't see all (listed) shows that air during each day then this site is no longer of any use to me personally, so I'll be moving on. Watchlist shows and season one shows just doesn't cut it for my needs.

I appreciate the use this site has been for me in the past few years, however, so thanks for that.

Prefer the old version the way its meant to be thus informing us of any other shows that we can watch as an alternative if we get bored. I've switched back to the old view. I'm sure there are people that like the new one better but each to their own I suppose.

I think the site would benefit greatly from a genuine new layout. It needs a modern design with complimentary CSS.

Hey, I like the new look.
Can you make a small update and make the episode numbers in a format of NxNN, instead of NxN? Like, if you have a True Blood 6x1, it would look better as 6x01.

Please...! bring back the display of all the shows, with watchlist shows highlighted...
Or at least give the option for us to decide how it should be displayed.
