Little site tweaks - Next Episode

Wed Apr 30, 2014 - Little site tweaks

Homepage lists were slightly updated - with the season/episode info moved from over the image to under the episode name.
We suggest page is redesigned and now includes and embeded trailer/link (when available).

There is a suggestion for shows stopped from tracking in Stuff to watch to no longer appear on the homepage and the calendar.
What do you think about that? Should we just do it or do you think it should be optional?

I'd personally love the "Special" episodes to be optional too, but I don't know if that is possible.

I do not use stuff to watch much. But I do sometimes click on all my shows to stop tracking. So it would not be handy if they all disapear from my front page then. Because I still watch them. It would be easier if you could just click on the remove from watchlist and then maybe put it in a vault or something. If you do not want to see it anymore on your calendar or homepage then you should just do unwatch because that makes it go away also and just write down somewhere else that you have seen that show. Or something.

PS I rather like the new shows in season 1 that appear on my front page disapear that I do not like or want to watch. It getting hughe with all those UK and Australion shows added.

@Witchy - just toggle off the "Include shows not in my watchlist when in their 1st season" setting

By giving the option of hiding untracked shows, you give users the ability tot add shows they 'plan to watch' or are 'on hold', without them constently being reminded they will air. Added bonus is that you only see shows you are actively watching.

As said, it should be optional.

@ Santah but then I do not know that there are new shows that I maybe like. So I have to have that option on. But some shows are in season 1 with 300+ episodes so I keep seeing those shows. And the shows I have checked out that are new and do not want to watch stay on that list also. I always check out shows with season 1 episode 1. I do love that option but I also irritates me :-)

and maybe we could filter "new shows in season 1" a bit, so for example it wont show documentary, reality etc

awesome work, love the now ''we suggest'' design, totally agree on idea to hide shows that are stopped tracking (had that idea myself as sometimes it got a bit annoying to see shows that I am not currently watching on my watchlist) and like somebody allready suggested, ''specials'' could be made optional as well, as myself I do not watch them and they just get in my way atm. I am a fan of ur website for years now, and I am happy to see that you are constantly improving it. It is also so awesome that there still are no adverts around. Keep up the good work !
