Downtime - Next Episode

Due to issues our hosting company currently has, this night (or at least for me it was during the night) - we experienced our longest downtime ever - about 4 hours.

I'll try and set it up so it'll automatically switch to a backup server in such events so this doesn't happen again.

Apologies to everyone affected. All should be good now.

I am glad you are back! I rely heavily on your site to keep track of the many shows I watch. I have recurring outages on my mail server where I can't login and just have to wait for them to fix it. You are very responsive to the problem. Keep up the good work!

It always sucks when a site is down, and while I wasn't happy that I couldn't access this lovely site, I just assumed you would get it up and running ASAP. :) To "automatically switch to a backup server" sounds like a good idea.

Thanks for the update. For me it was early evening (EST) when I visited and saw it was down. I was shocked, because for me it was also the first time that happened. If you've been down before, I never visited while you were.

By the time I went to bed you were back up. No harm done, and thanks for all the great work you do here.

Please help! I am only getting a black screen when trying to open app on Iphone. I have restarted the phone. It is working on my Ipad so I am afraid to do any more on my phone in case I wipe out the app on my Ipad. I love this app and need it back!
