Episode 4, still growing on me. I like the characters and lightness of the show.
Is it wrong for me to think...
that she should be able to speak the Inuk/local language? Growing up in a remote area were most people speak it?
They probably went all to the same school and everyone else speaks it afaik.
It's usually easier to understand a language rather than speak it (context clues and such) so she should at least be able to understand it imho.

A young Inuk mother wants to build a new future for herself, but it won't be easy in her small Arctic town where everyone knows your business.
Not the funniest comedy so far, a lot of the jokes fall a bit flat.
But I like the setting. Isolated small town where everyone knows each other.
Main character is also very likeable.
Definitely keep watching for now.
Episode 1+2
Them being a couple feels especially off. I think they try a bit too hard to make him look like a bad husband.
The weirdest thing was also how, in episode two, she immediately called it "his house" and that she is breaking in. They are married and have a kid...in that situation, after being broken up for one day, would you call the house you used to live in your husbands house and think of it as breaking in?
