On Call follows a pair of police officers on patrol in Long Beach, CA. Each episode will track the duo as they respond to a new radio call, arriving on the scene to resolve an incident.
Your spoiler fits my first impression from watching the trailer. I prefer to get my cop/ crime fix from https://next-episode.net/on-patrol-live - shows some of the action and some of the absurdity of the job. :D
I can only watch reality-tv in small doses, maybe I check out one or two episodes :)
Tried out one more episode, this show is definitely not for me. I'd rather watch the seventh season of https://next-episode.net/the-rookie (which imho won't be good either, but still better than this probably :) ).

First two episodes do not impress. Anyone watched the whole thing yet and knows if this is getting better?
In episode 1 they chase down a car which crashes. After the crash a lot of stuff happens on the scene, but then they just take another call while everything is still processed?
Same thing happens in Episode 2 in the homeless camp, they just leave and let it be handled by someone else?
Also the Rookie is kinda all over the place. At some times he acts and talks like a seasoned cop and in other scenes like he didn't learn anything.
