Ozzy and Drix are chasing a scarlet fever bacterium when they get sucked up from Frank by a mosquito and arrive on a Cuban American teenager named Hector Cruz.

Installed as Private Investigators, Ozzy and Drix vow to protect Hector's well-being from any viral threat and help him through the changes of his teen years.
