The epic competition series, American Ninja Warrior: Ninja vs. Ninja pits three-person athletic teams against one another on physically demanding, side-by-side obstacle courses that test endurance and speed.

Team Ninja Warrior is a physics-defying obstacle course competition where past Warrior competitors race head-to-head in a dual running course built for two. The course incorporates speed, agility, skill and strategy, and is hosted by ANW's Akbar Gbajabiamila and Matt Iseman. Premiered in January 2016 on Esquire Network.

Athletes compete on an obstacle course to earn a spot in the top ten. They then travel to Japan to compete in Ninja Warrior. American Ninja Warrior is a sports competition where athletes strive to conquer a challenging obstacle course. The top ten athletes then travel to Japan to compete in the original Ninja Warrior competition.
