Ekim and Meltem are two young teenagers who are as close as sisters. They live a modest life in a humble neighbourhood but they always envied the rich kids who attend DoÄŸru High School, a secondary school exclusively for the children of wealthy families. Ekim, Bekir and AyÅŸe are chosen to start their fresh student life in the city's most prestigious school, but they soon understand that their life is actually about to get harder; they will have to fight to survive among the rich children and they will be surprised to see that the wealthy have very different lives to what they imagined...

The series will follow the cat-and-mouse game between Kartal, the "protector" of Çıngıraklı, a colorful Romani neighborhood with its unique characters and harsh rules, and Efe, the reckless and unruly commissioner of the Organized Bureau. When a serial killer haunts Kartal's neighborhood, he is forced to team up with Efe to bring the killer to justice. The paths they take to catch the murderer will lead them to a name they will never guess.

The control of Çukur from Istanbul's most troubled neighborhoods is in the hands of the Koçova family. While the Koçovars directed Çukur, the most important rules are that they should never allow drugs. However, the current order is distorted by the emergence of a new group whose eyes are planted in this neighborhood and are prepared to break this law.
