Aile Sirketi is about the experiences of two siblings with different characters who have to work in the same office. Hande is a young woman working in the tourism industry, who is very successful in business life, opens a tourism agency with the support of his father. However, her father offers only one condition to support her daughter in this business; working with his brother Harun. Hande faces unexpected situations while working with her brother at the company called Hai Tourism.

The series follows important events that marked the last 13 years of the reign of Sultan Abdülhamid. It includes a war that resulted in the victory of the Ottoman Empire, the Greek War.
